Ready Made (Shelf) Companies

Ready-made Company or so-called "Shelf Company" is a company which is incorporated by a Registered Agent with the only purpose to be sold later on to an end customer.

Circumstances sometimes dictate that a company is required urgently, and no time can be allowed for the completion of the incorporation process (for instance, if a company name and registration data are needed immediately in order to sign an important contract). This is when the purchase of a Shelf company will be beneficial.

Aged (old date) shelf company is available from time to time and not guaranteed at any time.

REQUEST A LIST OF OLD DATE SHELF COMPANIES

If the client appoints a director the company can be used immediately with the following minimal formalities:

• fulfillment of Due Diligence Documentation and Procedures – different requirements for different jurisdictions. Visit  RESOURCES.
• insertion of the director’s name, provided by the client, into a blank Appointment of Director

If a Nominee Director is to be appointed then Power of Attorney and relevant Nominee Services Documentation are to be issued by a Nominee Services provider.

Companies incorporated with Nominee Director or with Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder can be used after the following proceedings:

• fulfillment of Due Diligence Documentation and Procedures – different requirements for different jurisdictions. Visit  RESOURCES.
• insertion of the name of Attorney in Fact to the Power of Attorney (if the Blank Power of Attorney were issued), or
• issuing of POA (Power of Attorney) and relevant Nominee Services Documentation – takes between 1 to 20 days depending on jurisdiction
